Has nothing to do with crafting...
I have recently completed losing 50 lbs and now my "girls" are smaller than half their size, I was a 42D and am now about a 34C. This is a great thing because now I can wear the pretty, itty, bitty bras and when I run, there is no "rebound" effect.

It doesn't take much to make me happy...LOL!

Thank you!

I started by walking arounda lake (3 miles around) everyday, and by cutting out soda and high sugar foods. I don't believe in dieting, deprivation nor starvation. Alternative food choices and an increase in exercise are always in order.

Gradually, I adopted a more vegetarian based diet to the point that I am now , 85% "vegetarian", no beef, no preprocessed foods. I drink several gallons of water a day(I like to stay hydrated) and I exercise everyday whether I feel like it or not.

I have lost almost a 1/3 of my original body mass and I feel great! Energized all the time and high on life.

This all happened over the course of 6 months or so, gradual weight loss, is always best.

Congratulations!!!

I love the funky and the pretty bras you can buy now but I am (with most of them) 38 around from hoisting the twins (they are two now). So when I find a fun one that fits I get kind of excited.
:D

Actually, the twins are my sister's, so it's my hugs and kisses that get the work out, :D.
I love your idea with the bras!

Hey! That's wonderful! Only, I just lost 20 lbs - but due to weird family genetics I've GAINED chest size! *LAUGH* I went from a 34-B to a 34 D!! Go figure! My husband doesn't seem to mind at least, but my wardrobe is suffering a bit :) At least they look decent...

Another 7 lbs to go to my goal! (and I'm not officially "dieting" just eating properly, walking, gardening, house-hold stuff like painting, and a little tai chi) Feels SO good!

Thanks!

Once you decide to lose them, and you find a way to work it into your regular routine...it will start coming off. even if yu have other health concerns, itis possible.
